IT IS OVER, BUT YOU CAN REGISTER TO VIEW THE RECORDINGS ONCE POSTED. The 2022 Chester County Beekeepers Association (CCBA) Annual Beekeeping Conference will be held "virtually" on March 12, 2022. While we would all have preferred to hold the conference in person as we have done in the past, the continuing social distancing restrictions imposed due to the pandemic make that impossible. But that news is not all bad news. By presenting a virtual conference we are not limited by room capacities, we can have more speakers presenting more topics giving more attendees a greater opportunity to learn more by joining us on Saturday, March 12, 2022.
NOTE that registration for this conference requires a 3-step process.
Step 1: Register for the conference via this website (https://www.chescobees.org) and pay the required registration fee. A registration confirmation email will be sent to you upon payment of the registration fees. Step 2: Register at ZOOM using the link provided in the registration email you received from step 1. This must be done, or you will not receive the Zoom meeting link to “join” the Conference on the morning of March 12, 2022. Step 3: Login instructions and the link to join the Conference will be sent to paid registrants who have completed steps 1 & 2 above on the evening of 3/11/2022. Use that link to join the Conference on March 12. NOTE: Please make sure that you have installed the latest version of Zoom Meetings prior to 3/12/2022 or you will be unable to join. Also note that each attendee must register individually as the link to join the Conference will be a single use link that cannot be shared. If you attempt to login from a second device, that attempt will be blocked. Please periodically check the Chester County Beekeepers' Association Home Page (www.chescobees.org) for speaker names and talk topics. Most presentations will be recorded by the CCBA and made available for viewing by paid Conference registrants for two weeks after the Conference. All paying Conference registrants will also be able to purchase an optional Conference "Welcome Packet" consisting of a Conference T-Shirt and a packet of native, pollinator friendly seeds from Ernst Seeds. Conference registrants who pay before 2/21/2022 and make an optional donation of $10.00 to either the "Friends of the CCBA" or the CCBA "Save the Bees" Fund will also have their names listed in the Conference Program that is sent to all registrants.
